DSB was founded in 1977. The firm's core values started over four decades ago and continue to thrive today – providing excellent client service with integrity and industry expertise. These professionals have allowed DSB to be one of the most respected and relied upon CPA firms in the Washington DC metro area as well as around the country. 1977

Michael Doyle, CPA, an adjunct professor of accounting at Montgomery College and former employee of Price Waterhouse, forms Doyle & Associates, PC

1980

Doyle & Associates, PC merges with Heyman and Loeb PC and changes its name to Doyle, Heyman and Loeb CPA’s

1983

Patricia Doyle, CPA reforms Doyle & Associates, PC following Michael Doyle’s career change

1984

Kevin Doyle, CPA joins the firm as Partner

1987

Patricia Doyle, departs and Eric Schultz, CPA joins the firm as Partner

1989

Kevin Doyle and Eric Schultz join with Edward G. Sella, CPA to form Doyle, Schultz and Sella, PC

2002

25th Silver Anniversary Celebration

2004

Kevin Doyle and Eric Schultz separate from Ed Sella to form Doyle & Schultz, LLP

2020

Bhatia CPA LLC purchases Doyle & Schultz LLP, renaming the company to Doyle, Schultz & Bhatia PLLC (“DSB”). Bobby Bhatia, CPA is named Managing Partner

2021

Enoch Cha, CPA joins the firm as Partner

2022

DSB purchases R. Bruce Hall & Associates, CPAs, PLC. Bruce Hall, CPA joins the firm as Partner
